Singapore trip part 1

Ehem....

 

sorry my dear blog, have left u alone for almost a month.

 

I'm quite..err...busy? :p

 

 

Anyway, I just went to singapore for 5 days since 3rd march morning, reall morning hokay, my flight is on 7.20am! haha.. :D and just came back on 7th March on the evening. It's good to travel but it's quite tiring.

 

We arrived at Changi airport on 8.20am then we proceed to hotel to keep our luggage. Only two of us, me and my labmate under the same supervisor for our postgrad study. Here's d pic of hotel for our stay, only average hotel which costs us about $500++ for 4 nights not including breakfast, so if convert to RM it's about RM 1300++ including tax. Not bad actually, I'm comfortable staying here and I really like one of the staffs, he's nice and friendly and the rest are helpful, but not friendly. Here's the picture of the room

 

ah..before i forgot, the name is Hotel Re!

 

 when u go in, u'll see the wardrobe is on ur right and besides that is this snacks,it's complimentary so u can finish them without having to pay, and then veryyy small heater and also mini bar on the bottom.

 

TV located opposite to ur bed *sorry for the mess, I'm so tired to move everything.. :D*

 

 

The bed! Eventhough the room is smallllll but seriously, the bed and pillow are sooo comfy! so soft! i love it.hihi..

 

hate the toilet, see? takde paip air pon @___@ kena pandai2 tarik paip shower.

 

 

At first, when i saw pic of this hotel, i felt like t's quite retro but actually pretty cool huh? the tiles so cute.glossy and bling2. I love everything bling.hehe.. ;)

 

Okay, now we're done with hotel tour.

 

So next,

 

  I'm gonna shared to u a good places to visit in Singapore.

 

 

This are the places we visited on the first day. Right after we arrived. :D

 

 first, u have to visit Arab street if u are looking for halal food, 'cus it is easier to get it here. U know u are at arab street when u see this mosque, Masjid Sultan. I u go by mrt, u may alight at bugis station.

ZAM zam restaurant, mine is Nasi beriani which cost me err.. $6 and my teh ais is $1.50 which equal to MYR18.75. my friends beef murtabak is $7 and teh o $1.5. the taste, okay la, so-so, not bad. nasi beriani is okay for me and the portion is so big and u can share it with ur friend, but that murtabak is tak sedap. i dont like it. hehe :P

 



Here is Bugis street. Too crowded and too hot, I just go around once and then go back.nothing much, the clothes just similar to Times Square mall and mostly like from korea online shop.

 

I'm at MRT station, so efficient yet still too many people. ^_^ Already bought souvenir on the first day. haha.. :D use time wisely, everything bought at Arab street.
