sugar craving

I just loveeee dessert and had been a sugar-addict since forever! but i'm lil bit afraid of diabetic anyway. lol! here's desserts i dig into recently

Forgot the name but it's thick bread and topped with icecream, strawberry, chocolate sauce and chocolate shaves

The thing now is i've gained many kilos! gahhhhhh! tell me how to lose weight when i girl is eating like this. ok. forget it~ byee!
